[Update] Spiral Restaurant Re-Opening

After the great damage to property that typhoon Pedring caused the business establishments along the Manila Bay, 5-Star hotel Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Manila has recently announced the re-opening of their popular Spiral Buffet Restaurant middle of 2012.  Patrons are promised a better dining experience on its re-launch.
